Cancellation policy

Cancellation is approved within the first 6 hours of purchasing time. After 6 hours, your order will be automatically archived and sent to the warehouse for the process of packaging, and shipment. No one can cancel your order once it is being processed already. Please be informed that a management, processing, and transaction fee (10% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation.

A full refund is only applicable to switch orders. Once you place a new order, our system will automatically cancel the previous order and refund 100%. When you have a swapping request, please let us know via email support@revivegate.com

We would be so appreciative if you could please tell me the reason for the cancellation. It will help us so much to improve our products and services.

How do I change the information of my order?

If you realize that you have made a mistake in your address or order, please e-mail us as soon as possible. We're going to support you to correct the details.

Please note: We can only change your order information within 24 hours. Please check the confirmation email sent to you right after placing the order to verify all the details.

When am I going to get the tracking number?

Both shipments are processed and delivered by our warehouse in Viet Nam and the USA. During holidays and sale seasons, the processing time of your order may be delayed a little bit.

The in-store process would take about 2-5 business days. Then, once your order is ready for shipping, the monitoring will be made available and delivered to you.

If you have not received payment confirmation after 5 business days from the payment completion date, please let us know.

If we are unable to process your order due to insufficient or missing payment or incorrect contact information, your order processing may be delayed.

How long will I have my item?

All orders are shipped out by Air Freight. The Estimated Delivery window provided by REVIVEGATE reflects most standard deliveries. However, some orders may occasionally be subject to longer transit time caused by air freight delay, Customs hold, or any other unforeseen complications outside of our control.

If your package is in any of the above situations, we are committed to providing you with as much detailed information as we can in a timely manner.

Then the estimated delivery date is calculated with the formula below:

Estimated Delivery Date = Purchasing date + 2-5 business days (processing time) + Estimated shipping time (3-10 working days)

You may receive your order on or before the expected delivery date.

For goods sent from a warehouse in Viet Nam, there is usually a gap in tracking details that are updated when the shipment reaches USPS facilities in the US. This normally takes from 2-7 days on average.

Shipping guarantee

To back up our pledge to you, we will refund the shipping fee (or make a partial refund if shipping is free) on any item that takes longer than 30 days to the USA (Mainland) and 45 days to the USA (others).

Risk-free shipping

If for whatever cause, your items do not deliver within 60 days, you will be refunded in full for that item. This is our pledge to you, man! If there is a missed order, please let us know via support@revivegate.com. We're going to verify (usually 3-5 business days) and give you another one after we've come to a conclusion.

Customs obligations and taxation

The rates seen on our platform are tax-free in US Dollars, which means that you will be responsible for duty and taxes until you have obtained your order.

Export taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be paid after the order reaches the final destination, as determined by the local customs. Collection of these costs and taxes is your duty and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your area. For more detailed information on fees, please contact your local tradition.

Disclaimer with an incorrect address

It is the duty of the purchaser to ensure that the address is entered correctly. We cannot promise changes to fix due to tight delivery schedules. Please double-check the address you send, since we will NOT be responsible for the packets sent to the incorrect address entered by the purchaser.

If you get an order to your country and:

- The client declines to accept the shipment

- The number of attempts to distribute the shipment is made in the country of destination.

We reserve the right to withdraw from the package(s) and will not be eligible for any refunds.
