Return & refund policy

RETURN POLICY

We accept the return of items that have been shipped out by us and the object has been damaged. Item(s) shall be returned along with proof of purchase.

All products have a 10-day money-back guarantee when purchased directly from REVIVEGATE. This means you are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price if returned within 10 days of the delivery date. We are not responsible for return postage, the cost of insurance, or lost or undelivered items.

Please be aware that you have to pay the return shipping fee.

REFUND (IF APPLICABLE)

After your return has been received and examined, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We'll also let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If you are approved, please allow 2-5 business days to process your refund upon receipt at our warehouse, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

EXCHANGE (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us a message via support@revivegate.com.

LATE OR MISSING REFUND (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven't got a refund yet, search your bank statement again first. Then call your credit card provider, it will take some time before your refund is finally due.

Next, please contact your bank. There is always some turnaround time (3-5 business days) before a refund is made.
